ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The man accused of shooting two people, one fatally outside the P.I. Lounge in Rochester back in November was indicted Tuesday.

Corey Faison is charged with murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

38-year-old Stephen Morgan died. Police say he was not the intended target of the shooting and was inside a car that was attempting to back out of the West Avenue parking lot to get away from the gunshots when he was caught in the crossfire. The other man shot has "life-altering" injuries.

The early stages of the investigation showed at least two dozen shots were fired.
