Man pleads guilty to deadly DWI crash on Hudson Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man Thursday pleaded guilty to a deadly DWI crash that happened back in December on Hudson Avenue.
The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office said Lonnie Gandues, 51, pleaded guilty to first degree vehicular manslaughter for hitting Khadijah Stanley, 28, with his car, killing her.

It happened on Dec. 20, 2021, just past the intersection of Hudson Avenue and Wilkins Street.
As part of his plea deal, the District Attorney’s Office said Gandues will be sentenced to 3 to 9 years in the New York State Department of Corrections.
