Man shot in Rochester’s 19th Ward neighborhood

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Rochester man is injured but expected to survive after a shooting in Rochester’s 19th Ward neighborhood.
Police say they got a call that shots were fired at around 7:15 p.m. at Superior Street and Judson Street.
When they responded, they found a 21-year-old-man on Genesee Street with a gunshot wound and had to provide life-saving measures.
He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with what police say are non-life-threatening injuries.
