Man taken to hospital after stabbing on Rochester’s west side

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital after Rochester Police say he was stabbed on Rochester’s west side.
It happened on West Main Street near Canal Street in Rochester just after 5 p.m.
Police say the victim, a 30-year-old man, is expected to survive.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
