Missing Person Alert: Tommy Williams of Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Rochester Police are asking for your help in locating a missing man.

26-year-old Tommy Williams has been missing since Wednesday, Feb. 3.

He’s described as 5’9" and 180lbs. He has a face tattoo near his left eye and was last seen wearing gray, ripped jeans and a Nike sweatshirt with red up top and blue on the bottom, along with a fluorescent orange hat.
