Monroe County Grand Jury indicts several men charged with murder

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— A Monroe County Grand Jury indicted several men tied to different murders across Rochester.

First, 29-year-old Tyron Bryant, 18-year-old Diamonte Scott, and 17-year-old Anttwan Brown were each indicted on second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges. Police say the three were all involved in the Sep.11 killing of 20-year-old Tymir Thomas on Handy Street. Police say Thomas was sitting in a car when he was shot.

Next, 27-year-old John Gordon was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder, as well as one count of first and second-degree assault and a count of criminal possession of a weapon.

Police say Gordon shot and killed 35-year-old Jimmy Jones and 23-year-old Sharif Clark, in addition to shooting two other people on Driving Park Avenue back on Sept.19.
