Music executive Jim Guerinot gives largest donation in Seton Catholic School’s history
BRIGHTON, N.Y. (WHEC) — He’s helped put together the career paths for artists like Gwen Stefani, Nine Inch Nails, and Sheryl Crow, and now music executive Jim Guerinot is helping start the path for some elementary students in Brighton.
Guerinot spent his early years at Seton Catholic School. Back then it was known as "Our Lady of Lourdes."
Tuesday he gave the largest donation in the school’s history.
It was done in honor of his former teacher and basketball coach, Thomas Kinsella.
The donation will be used to renovate the school’s courts and rename them in honor of Kinsella.
Seton Catholic will hold a formal dedication ceremony Saturday at 6 p.m.
