Nazareth alum makes NHL officiating debut

PITTSFORD, N.Y. (WHEC) — Nazareth alum CJ Murray made his officiating debut as a linesman in the Predators, Kraken game on Thursday night, one of 40 he’ll officiate in the NHL this season.
His contract also has him refereeing 40 AHL games throughout the year.
The 2017 grad called it “a dream come true earlier in the week.”
Murray is no stranger to the ice. He played four years with the Golden Flyers, netting 24 goals in 88 games.
