Noyes Memorial Hospital renovations underway

DANSVILLE, N.Y. (WHEC) — Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville is under construction.

The Medical/Surgical unit on the hospital’s third floor s getting upgraded rooms with new beds and chairs. The $1.1 million project should take about five months to complete.

The floor – to be named after founding board member Jon Shay who passed away in January – is set to open in November.

This construction project is one of two planned for Noyes. The other is the building of the new Mental Health and Wellness Center in Avon. That facility is expected to be finished this fall.
