WAYNE COUNTY, N.Y. (WHEC) — A food and beverage manufacturer in Wayne County is getting a boost from New York State.

In addition to Baldwin Richardson Foods’ efforts to put $50 million into the expansion project, the governor announced the company will be getting a $2.5 million tax credit and a $2 million capital grant.

Its Macedon and Williamson facilities will both be upgraded, supporting the creation of up to 60 new jobs and the retention of 364 positions.

The company expects the project will be completed in 2024.
