NYC renews indoor mask recommendation

NEW YORK, N.Y. (WHEC) – New York City has renewed an indoor mask advisory as the "worst" omicron strain fuels another wave.

All five boroughs of New York City are back in the CDC’s high-risk category for a Covid community spread as of the agency’s update today. That means high-quality face masks are recommended for everyone indoors and in public settings, regardless of vaccination status, again.
