NYSDOT has overnight closures planned at I-390/I-490 interchange this week

GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) — Drivers should expect more overnight closures at the I-390 and I-490 interchange in the Town of Gates this week.
The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) says I-390 southbound will close at 10 p.m. Wednesday and reopen at 6 a.m. Thursday. The NYSDOT says a detour will be posted directing drivers to use I-490 westbound, then take Exit 6 to Chili Avenue and get on I-390 northbound.
The NYSDOT says the I-490 eastbound and westbound ramps to I-390 southbound will be closed and drivers will be closed from 9 p.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday and drivers will be directed to use Chili Avenue westbound to State Route 204 to I-490 eastbound to I-390 northbound.
Then, NYSDOT says I-390 northbound will be closed to traffic from Chili Avenue to the I-490 interchange from 10 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday. The NYSDOT said a detour will be posted directing drivers to use Chili Avenue westbound to State Route 204 to I-490 eastbound to I-390 northbound.
The work is weather-dependent and subject to change according to the NYSDOT.
