Owner of Master Lim’s Taekwondo indicted on sex abuse charges

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) — The owner/operator of Master Lim’s Taekwondo in Brockport was indicted by a grand jury on Tuesday in Monroe County Court.

Jae Y. Lim, 50, Sweden, is charged with three counts of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s office says that Lim touched a 12-year-old child in a sexual manner on more than one occasion over the course of the month of May 2022.

At this time, investigators believe it is an isolated incident.

Lim was arraigned in Sweden Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail. The judge also issued an order of protection for the victim.
