Parkminster Preschool to close at end of 2021-22 school year

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The preschool is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, but will now be closing its doors.

Parkminster Preschool is located on Chili Ave in Rochester. They posted the announcement on its website and Facebook page but didn’t give a reason for closing.

The preschool gave early instruction to tots ages three, four, and five – thousands in total throughout the years.

"It was a privilege for us to be able to have their families want us to work alongside of them in helping to nurture their children," said Sue Fuhrman, one of the preschool’s first teachers.
