PERU N.Y. (WHEC) — While Rochester remained mostly flake-free, snow fell in several parts of upstate New York on Tuesday morning.
This video, courtesy of WPTZ, was taken in the town of Peru, near Plattsburgh. NY Alert said heavy and wet snow is expected to fall until noon in Onondaga, Seneca, and Cayuga counties.
