Pastors on Point to announce 2022 Stop the Violence Prayer Rallies Wednesday

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Pastors on Point (POP) is set to announce its 2022 Stop the Violence Prayer Rallies during a press conference Wednesday.

The conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. at First Genesis Baptist Church at 292 Hudson Avenue.

Each rally will also be streamed live on Facebook as cases of COVID-19 continue to rise.

So far, the following rallies are scheduled for January and February:

• Tuesday, Jan. 18, at 6 p.m., Miracle Valley Deliverance Center, 290 North St. with Bishop James Hartisfield.
• Thursday, Jan. 20, at 6 p.m., Provision Full Gospel Church, 690 N Goodman St. with Dr. Johnny Harris.
• Saturday, Jan. 22, at 1 p.m., Peace Baptist Church, 73 Oregon St. with Pastor Franklin Ross.
• Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 6 p.m., St. Phillips International Church, 191 Bay St. with Elder E.D. Harris.
• Thursday, Jan. 27, at 6 p.m., First Genesis Baptist Church, 292 Hudson Ave. with Bishop Fred Johnson Sr.
• Saturday, Jan. 29, at 1 p.m., Memorial AME Zion, Clarissa St. with Pastor Durrell Blue.
