Pittsford man faces a list of charges including kidnapping

PITTSFORD, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Pittsford man is facing a list of charges including kidnapping and obstruction of breathing.
State Police report that on July 2, 2022, Carl Lore II was involved in a domestic altercation at his residence, where he tied up a person and threatened them with an illegally possessed handgun. The victim notified State Police Investigators of this incident on July 7.
He is charged with the following: Kidnapping in the first degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the first degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, Assault in the third, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, and Menacing in the second degree
Lore was put in the Monroe County Jail on $50,000 bail.
