Police: 1 shot on Kosciusko Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— Rochester Police are searching for a shooter after a man was shot Thursday night.

Officers originally went to Kosciusko Street near North Street around 11 p.m Around the same time, an ambulance was waved down near Lake and Glenwood Avenues.

First responders got the gunshot victim–a 26-year-old Rochester man– out of a car waiting there. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital but is expected to survive.

No arrests have been made.
