ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police found a 13-year-old girl who they say may have been in need of medical attention.
Police say Tylia Fuqua arrived voluntarily at Rochester Gneeral Hospital after leaving the hospital Friday afternoon.
