Police Accountability Board member stepping down

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Ida Perez has stepped down from her position as the Northeast District representative on Rochester’s Police Accountability Board (PAB) Tuesday.

Her resignation is effective immediately.

The PAB and Rochester City Council will work together to look for candidates who can serve on the PAB. Interested candidates can contact pab@cityofrochester.gov for information about the application timeline and process.

Perez was on the board for two years.
