Police car chase ends with arrests of 18-year-old and two 17-year-olds

GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) – While investigating a burglary Saturday night, Greece Police Officers spotted a vehicle fleeing the scene. Police engaged in a chase that went into the City of Rochester. The Rochester Police Department, New York State Police, and Monroe County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the pursuit and safely arrested three suspects.
Jauvon Baker, 18, a city resident, was charged with burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree. Baker was also charged with burglary in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree for a separate residential burglary on 7/22/22. The two 17-year-old males, both city residents, were charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
The burglary was at a home in Greece and the police are not releasing the location. The homeowner’s vehicle was stolen, but it was recovered at the end of the chase. There were no injuries.
