Police investigating after reports of fight, possible shots fired on Lexington Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police are investigating after reports of a fight on Lexington Avenue and Thorn Street where they say at least one shot may have been fired.

Police say a large crowd was there when they arrived and the crowd was being disruptive.

Multiple officers had to respond to clear the group, according to police.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and they are limited in what they can share at this time.

There is no longer a threat to the public and traffic has reopened, according to police.
