ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police are investigating two shots fired calls they say are likely related.

Both stemmed from ShotSpotter activations at the 900 block of Dewey Avenue, which is just one block north of Driving Park Avenue, early Monday morning.

The first came in at around midnight. Police say they found two unoccupied cars with bullet holes.

Then, at around 2:30 a.m., the second ShotSpotter activation front he area came in. Police say they did find evidence suggesting that shots were fired in the area, but nothing to indicate anything or anyone was hit.

There are no suspects in custody. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

This comes after a 12-year-old inside a home was nearly shot in the face Sunday night and someone fired into five homes on Christmas morning.
