Police make arrest in deadly December shooting on Watkin Terrace

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police have made an arrest in a deadly shooting that happened on Watkin Terrace back on Dec. 4.
Police say the victim, 36-year old Tarrell McKnight was shot multiple times, including in the groin. First responders attempted life-saving measures and rushed to the hospital but McKnight’s injuries caused "massive bleeding" and he was pronounced dead at the hospital early the next morning.
On Thursday, police arrested 29-year-old Rashad Brown of Rochester in the City of Geneva after a weeks-long investigation.
Brown was charged with second degree murder and remanded to the Monroe County Jail.
He was arraigned on Friday morning.
