Police: Missing 13-year-old boy from Rochester found safe

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester police say Shawn Patterson, 13, has been found safe.
Patterson was reported missing Saturday night and was believed to be endangered and may be in need of medical attention.
The Rochester Police Department said Patterson is safe.
