Police: Predicate felon charged with grand larceny after stealing from elderly person
CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) — A predicate felon is accused of stealing thousands from an elderly person in Canandaigua.
Dustin Skuse, 34, of Canandaigua, is now charged with felony grand larceny.
Canandaigua Police say he took about $5,450.15 from the victim between February and May.
Skuse was already in custody for a recent parole violation when the Canandaigua Police processed him and took him to the Ontario County Jail to be arraigned.
He’s expected back in court when he’s released from the custody of the New York State Department of Corrections on Thursday.
