Police: Rochester man in critical condition after Jefferson Avenue shooting

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Rochester man is in critical condition after a shooting on Jefferson Avenue near Cady Street Friday evening.

It happened just before 5 p.m.

Police say they found a 24-year-old who had been shot at least once.

He was taken to the hospital where police say “his condition is considered critical but non-life-threatening”.

There are no suspects in custody.
