Police searching for missing 3-year-old boy from Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police need your help to find a missing Rochester child who is believed to be heading out of town with someone.

A New York State alert issued Sunday, Aug. 8 said Ravond Simms, 3, was last seen July 31. Police believe Simms is with an adult woman, and they may have traveled to Maryland.

He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt, green camp pants, and black Nike sneakers. He’s described as 2 feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
