GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) — Shots were fired at the Walmart on Dewey Avenue and English Road in Greece Thursday night after police say an argument between two men who both had guns in the store escalated.
A customer who was in the store, shopping with her family told News10NBC that she heard at least three shots, which sent customers running in all directions, leaving their carts behind.
That woman said she tried to hide in one of the aisles, then met up with her family and immediately left the store.

No one was hit, but the store had to be evacuated. Police say this was an isolated incident and they don’t believe there is any danger to the community.
Police say they don’t have anyone in custody but are searching for two suspects and they are still working to determine what led up to the fight.
"Detectives with our criminal investigation division are on scene talking with witnesses trying to determine what led to this event," said Lt. Andrew Potter. "Anyone with info is asked to call 911 or contact the GPD."
