Puerto Rican Festival continues Saturday at Parcel 5

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — It’s day two of the 51st annual Puerto Rican Festival!

The festival kicked off last Saturday at La Marketa at the International Plaza on North Clinton Avenue, a departure from the festival’s previous home of Frontier Field.

Saturday’s celebration will be at Parcel 5 on the East Main Street in Rochester.

The festival will start at 2 p.m.and go until 10 p.m.

The event is free with live music, food, and much more.

This celebration marks an exciting and much-anticipated return after the 2020 cancelation.

Attendees will not be asked to show proof of vaccination, though masks are encouraged for everyone (especially unvaccinated people). PPE and hand sanitizer will be available at the festival.
