HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WHEC) — The popular Van Gogh experience has been so well-received, it will be staying a little bit longer at the Dome Arena in Henrietta.

"Beyond Van Gogh," an immersive, 3-D experience, brings Vincent Van Gogh’s paintings to life. It came to Rochester on the weekend of February 5 and was originally scheduled to stay until late March. Now, it’ll be around quite a bit longer, until April 24.

People can literally step into a Van Gogh painting – with 300 of them in total spread out over 30,000 square feet.

It is open Sundays and Tuesdays-Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays it stays open from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. People should expect to take about one hour to view everything.
