RCSD holds job shadow day

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Some Rochester students got to spend the day on the job.
The Rochester City School District held a job shadow day at Foodlink Thursday.
More than 200 seniors signed up so that they could shadow local business professionals.
"This gives students a chance to kind of explore different career paths so they can discover what they’re passionate about and eventually lead them to certain decisions on what to do after high school," said Career and Technical Education Director Sheldon Cox.
Thirty-nine different local companies took part in job shadow day.
