ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Two seats are up on the New York State Supreme Court.
Four people ran to become Supreme Court Justices: Deral Givens and Maurice Verrillo on the Democratic ticket, and Elena Cariola and Jim Walsh on the Republican ticket.
As of Tuesday night, Republicans Cariola and Walsh had the most votes.
Absentee ballots still need to be counted, so the race is still too close to call.
