ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Changes are on the way for Geva Theatre.
The man at the helm is saying goodbye as Geva Theatre heads to its 50th year. When Mark Cuddy and his wife moved to Rochester so he could take a job at Geva Theatre, he never thought they would be here for 27 years.
As an artistic director, Mark Cuddy has guided Geva through just about everything major that’s happened for and at the regional theatre. That includes paying off the theatre center’s mortgage, a major renovation, a second stage, the purchase of the Geva lofts for visiting talent, and so much more.
Cuddy has worn many hats including a performer but Cuddy says it’s time to pass the torch.
