Rochester in Focus: Police chief on drug overdose deaths

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Monroe County health officials confirmed the link between a substance called xylazine and several fatal overdoses in our community.
It’s known as a horse tranquilizer, but it has been found mixed in with heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl.
