Rochester in Focus: Police Exam Career Prep program
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Are you interested in becoming a police officer but don’t know where to start?
This week’s edition of Rochester In Focus introduces you to the Police Exam Career Prep program, created by Rochester Police Sgt. Justin Collins, an 18-year veteran in law enforcement.
Collins offers you an in-depth look at what it takes to become an officer and teaches you how to ace the exams and evaluations you’ll encounter. You’ll also hear from students now in the program and a graduate of the program.

The police sergeant is offering a practice exam on Sept. 12, ahead of the police exam on Sept. 18.
