Rochester man pleads guilty to drug distribution charges

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Ernest Gamble, 20 years old, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine and crack cocaine.

The charge carries a minimum of 10 years in prison, with a max of life behind bars, and a $10,000,000 fine.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 28, 2022 at 3 p.m.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew T. McGrath says Gamble was part of a drug trafficking organization and was present in a May 19, 2021 incident when a search warrant was made at a Glenwood Avenue residence. Gamble was taken into custody for that.

Tim Granison, Lovely Warren’s ex husband, was arrested in this same bust.
