Rochester names new Deputy Mayor

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Mayor-Elect Malik Evans announced Patrick Cunningham will serve as the Deputy Mayor for Rochester.

Cunningham has served alongside Evans in the past. He worked for nearly 25 years as the Chief Executive Officer with Manning Napier Inc. Cunningham’s also served on the Rochester Area Community Foundation and Wilmot Cancer Institute.

"His counsel and leadership will be invaluable in my administration," said Evans.

Cunningham is a graduate of MIT.

Kim D. Jones was named as the Acting Director of Finance and Liliana Ruiz will serve as the Director of Special Projects.
