Rochester Police: 1 stabbed on Monroe Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police are looking for a suspect following a Monday morning stabbing that sent one man to the hospital.
The stabbing happened on Monroe Avenue near the I-490 exit just before 5 a.m.
Police went to the scene and found the man with at least one stab wound to his upper body. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, and he is expected to survive.
No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
