Rochester Police asking for help IDing suspects after Fallen Officers Memorial vandalized

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Rochester Police Department is asking for help identifying a suspect who they believe vandalized the Fallen Officers Memorial at the Public Safety Building earlier this month.
Police say it happened at around 10:45 p.m. back on Saturday, Oct. 9.
Anyone who can help identify the people in the pictures they released is asked to call 311, 911 or CrimeStoppers at 585-423-9300.
