ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police are looking for a suspect who robbed an M&T Bank Friday afternoon.
Investigators say they responded to a hold-up alarm at the bank at 1385 Lyell Ave. just after noon.
They say a man described as Black, in his mid-20s, 5’8" to 5’9" wearing a blue knit cap, gray shirt and hunter green jacket got away, possibly in a vehicle.
Police in Rochester and surrounding areas have been responding to a number of bank jobs in recent weeks, including one on Wednesday in Sodus.
