Rochester Police investigating stabbing on Durnan Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police are investigating a stabbing from Saturday evening.

Officers were called to residence area on Durnan Street around 10:00 p.m. Saturday night.

While on scene, they found a 35-year-old woman that had been stabbed in the upper body.

She was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

RPD says they do have a person of interest in custody.
