Rochester Police: Man dies from injuries after hit-and-run on Brown Street and Broad Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A man is dead after a hit-and-run at the intersection of Brown Street and Broad Street in Rochester that happened on Sunday.

Police say they responded to a report of a crash at 9 p.m. and found a 54-year-old lying in the road when they arrived.

Witnesses told police the man was hit by a car that fled the scene.

He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries and police say he later died from them.
