Rochester Police: Two drivers run off from stolen vehicles, still on the run

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC)— Rochester Police are looking for suspects who they say ran from two stolen cars Monday morning.

Officers first spotted a "suspicious" vehicle in the area of Marigold Street and Knickerbocker Avenue, and when police tried to pull the car over, they say people in the car ran away. At the same time, a car that was driving directly in front of the suspicious vehicle also stopped, and the people inside that car ran off, too.

Police say both cars were reported stolen. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
