RPD: 64-year-old man shot on Clifford Avenue

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Police say that a man was shot in the area of Clifford Avenue and Ellison Street Sunday evening.

Officers responded to the scene at approximately 6:44 p.m. Upon arrival, they located a 64-year-old male who had been shot at least once in the leg. He was taken to Strong Hospital with what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.

The incident is currently under investigation and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
