ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — A chaotic scene led to a large police response.
The Rochester Police Department got several calls for ATVs, dirt bikes, and other cars blocking North Clinton Avenue near Upper Falls Boulevard.
This all happened just before midnight. Police tell us the crowd was blasting music so loud you could hear it more than a quarter of a mile away and there were people on illegal dirt bikes spinning their tires in the street.
It took nearly 3 hours to break up the scene.
