RPD: Two treated with stab injuries in overnight incidents
ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester police said hospitals are treating two people with non-life-threatening injuries who were stabbed overnight at separate scenes.
Rochester General Hospital is treating a man in his 20s with an upper-body stab injury. Police responded to reports of a walk-in victim at RGH around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. A preliminary investigation suggests that the stabbing happened at the 1200 block of North Street.
RPD also responded to reports of a stabbing at 3 a.m. on the 1900 block of Clifford Avenue. Police found a woman in her 30s stabbed in the upper body, who was transported to Strong Hospital and is currently in stable condition.
There are no suspects in custody and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
