Saturday Night Live announces October lineup

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Saturday Night Live is back.
The first episode of the show’s 47th season will be hosted by iconic actor, comedian, producer and screenwriter Owen Wilson and feature Kacey Musgraves as its musical guest.
On Oct. 9, entrepreneur and reality star Kim Kardashian West will host and singer Haley will perform.
On Oct. 16, Rami Malek, whose roles include Pharaoh Ahkmenrah in the “Night at the Museum” franchise to his Oscar-winning performance as Freddie Mercury in “Bohemian Rhapsody”, will host. Rapped Young Thug will be the musical guest.
Then on Oct. 23, former SNL cast member Jason Sudekis will return as host and Brandi Carlile will be the musical guest.
