Second shooter charged in shooting near Boys and Girls Club
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The second shooter responsible for the shooting near the Boys and Girls Club has been charged, police say.
This new development came this week from Rochester Police.
Rochester Police say that 18-year-old Clifton Moody has been charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree (C Felony) and Assault in the 2nd Degree (D Felony).
According to police, Moody was taken into custody without incident and taken to Monroe County Jail where is expected to be arraigned Friday morning in Rochester City Court.
Moody is the second shooter involved in a shooting that happened on Feb. 23, 2022 near the Boys and Girls Club. The first shooter is a 16-year-old male who was taken into custody on Feb. 25 and charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree (D Felony).
An 18-year-old male was shot while he was in his vehicle. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
