State Police investigating Thruway crash that killed Churchville woman

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — New York State Police are looking into what caused a deadly crash that killed a Churchville woman on the Thruway Saturday morning.
Troopers responded to the single-car crash on the Thruway’s eastbound lane near Manchester around 11:09 a.m.
Police say Jane Grein, 59, was killed when her car went off the road and struck a concrete support for the exit 43 bridge over the Thruway. Police believe a medical event may have been a factor and the investigation is continuing.
